Bar upgrade completed at The Winchester Mansions

Harveys Restaurant, Bar & Terraces @ The Mansions have re-opened their doors to the long awaited new bar and WOW, was it worth waiting for? Hardly even recognisable as the same venue, it has enjoyed a complete overhaul and is already looking like the new place to be seen! "Elegant and Vibey "...... "Lavish and yet relaxed"  ....  were just a few of the descriptions I heard from fellow patrons when I was queitly enjoying one of their signature cocktails recently in what has long been one of Capetonians favourite sundowner spots.

The bar terrace has been widened, allowing for more alfresco tables than before and those that are not lucky enough to find a table outside, there are new collapsable doors that fold right back in order for people inside to also take full advantage of the Atlantic view.

With a delicious new snack menu already in place that includes some old favourites as well as others that you will not find anywhere else, not to mention a wide variety of Cocktails made to order and of course a fabulous selection of hand picked wines sold by the carafe - Harveys Bar is definitely worth a visit soon!
