The absolute worst thing after a 12 hours or longer flight is to be told that your room is not ready! Unfortunately, due to the international flight schedules to Cape Town, this is a reality and has nothing to do with uncaring guest service.
 
Although we of course try our utmost to accommodate early arrivals, the truth is that when we are running at 100% occupancy - the absolute earliest one can expect the room to be ready  is after midday. When arriving on a 7AM  flight,  this is not a nice thought! Apart from being tired and needing a shower – what a waste of a morning!?

 

It was with this in mind that we invented the
‘ARRIVAL REJUVENATION PACKAGE ’
Just R495 per person - inclusive of the following:

•    Tea, coffee or soft drink on arrival
•    Use of Spa shower facilities
•    40 minute back, neck and leg massage (Reduces the risk of DVT)
•    20 minute re-hydration facial treatment
•    Two hour city tour on the famous Cape Town open top bus – pick up opposite hotel (A fabulous introduction to our beautiful city)

Upon return to the hotel – your room will be ready and waiting!!
